As the Association moves towards the 25th anniversary of Bromley’s twinning with Neuwied, Germany in 2012, it continues to have a very full programme of activities.
September - visit from Neuwied
The Association will be acting as hosts to some 40 guests from Bromley’s twinned town of Neuwied from Friday 9th September to Monday 12th September. The group’s programme will include a welcoming dinner on the Friday night at Sophie's Choice Restaurant in Sidcup. On Saturday, following a meeting with the Mayor of Bromley, Councillor David McBride, at the Civic Centre, the group will visit the Olympic site and enjoy a traditional English lunch at The Prospect of Whitby pub in Tower Hamlets. On Sunday our guests will have a free day with their hosts before returning to Neuwied on Monday morning.
