Introduce your children into sports and fitness from an early age with Kiddi Cardio classes.
Our aim is to get Pre School age children into fitness at an early age by introducing them to a variety of sports related activities that change weekly.
The class starts with around 15minutes of an assault course followed by at 25 minute structured class. The class has different age levels and the types of activities are age related.
Itís so important that children enjoy having fun while keeping fit, so come along and join in the fun!
