Pilates Lessons for all ability's
Hapi provide mixed ability Pilates classes, which have a max of 6 people per class.
Mondays; class 1 - 5-6pm, class 2 6:15-7:15pm and class 3 8-9pm
As places are limited please contact me to reserve your place.
Pilates have many benefits some of which include;
• Healing and/or preventing back pain
• Improving your posture and balance
• Better connection between your mind and body
• Improving muscular imbalances
• Helping to relieve stress and have better well being
