STORMS may have been battering our shores recently, the air may be cold and the skies a dull grey, but in Bromley High Street at least thereíll be an abundance of warmth and colour when a travelling French-themed market arrives back in town for four days in late February.
Bromley shoppers will get to savour the sights and sounds of a French-themed market from Thursday 18th to Sunday 21st February 2016, when market traders from across the channel arrive to pitch their stalls for four days of Gallic and continental goodies.
Organised by international market event operators Savoir Fayre Ltd, this ever-popular continental food, fashion & objets díarts market arrives back in Bromley for the first time since last February on the first leg of its 2016 tour of the home counties, the midlands and the south coast. The sights, sounds and aromas will provide a fun day out for all the family with Bromley High Street packed to bursting with authentic, top quality continental delicacies.
This market owes its perennial appeal to the authenticity of the traders and the quality of the goods they sell. Whilst mostly composed of French traders, the market also features other European traders (Sicilian, Spanish, some Brits, and even one from Vietnam), all of whom are handpicked for their experience and professionalism.
Shoppers will be amazed and delighted by the variety and quality of the goods on display. Thereíll be finest French cheeses, savoury crepes and an array of cured meats including saucissons, chorizo and hams. Snackers can feast on a hot and juicy hog roast sandwich or a delicious noodle soup Ė the perfect way to warm up on a cold February day!
For the sweet-toothed and those in need of a pick-me-up there will be a selection of biscuits, pastries & nougat, and a range of gourmet coffees and cocoa.
Itís all top quality, fresh and totally authentic food, with traditional ingredients and flavours that havenít changed for generations and canít be bettered. Itís a real taste of a traditional European market.
