Our 5th year of free talks will begin on Tuesday 23rd February at 11am when we will be discussing, and taking questions, on Wills, Powers of Attorney and Inheritance Tax and Care Home fees.
Recent legislation may mean that your Will is no longer tax efficient.
The talk will cover a wide range of issues including -
Is your Will tax efficient and do you need to update it ?
Is a Power of Attorney more important than a Will ?
Ways to protect your estate from long term care coats.
Explaining the new Inheritance tax proposals
After the talk, we will remain at the Library to advise you on any further related questions. Thomas Dunton Solicitors are now into their 5th year of providing free talks on useful legal topics at Orpington Library.
There are many everyday issues that people would like advice on but are sometimes reluctant to visit a solicitor and we hope that these talks can provide some guidance.

There is no need to book a place, please just come along on the day. All the advice is free and you are not obliged to use our services in anyway.
